How Do I Place A Custom Order?​

In the contact us section submit an email with your request.  We will contact you to discuss your design needs regarding the medium (embroidery, screen printing, rhinestone, glitter).  No design will go into production without a non-refundable deposit, as this is custom.



Shipping

Items ship in 7 - 10 business days from the order placement.  Orders are shipped via USPS.  Please contact us should you require express shipping.

We offer secure ordering and accept major credit cards and PayPal



Returns & Refunds

We are happy to accept for return, any garment that is unworn and to us within 14 days of receipt by you.  Immediately send us an email and inform of us the problem to ensure we have communication within the 14 days.  

You can only exchange your item for another size.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, however, we will ship an exchange back to you for free.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We aim to process all exchanges within 7 - 10 working days of receipt.  

We do not offer exchange on close-out items.
